Monte Vista Retreat Center and Yoga Life  brings our popular Ayurvedic Detox and Yoga Retreat to the Yoga Capital of the world, Rishikesh India.  We will host our retreat this year from August 21, 2013 to October 21, 2013.  Join us for one of our highly recommended 5, 7 or 9 Day Detox and Yoga Retreats or stay for the whole month with us.  Heal your body, mind and spirit Monte Vista Style with the ancient teachings of Hatha Yoga  and Panchakarma while learning about the Art of Living, Ayurveda.
